Delhi Government's
Social Welfare Minister, Sandeep Kumar, has been sacked by Chief Minister,
Arvind Kejriwal, after receiving an 'objectionable' CD. Kumar, who is also
Women and Child Development Minister, is purportedly shown in a compromising
position with a woman in the CD.
Kejriwal said,
received an 'objectionable' CD of Sandeep Kumar and has removed him from the
Cabinet with
immediate effect. In a tweet, he said, Aam Aadmi Party stands for
propriety in public life and it cannot be compromised.
Reacting to the sacking of Sandeep Kumar, the BJP has demanded the resignation of Arvind Kejriwal. Delhi BJP leader Vijender Gupta said the Chief Minister must resign accepting responsibility for picking up what he called a morally corrupt MLA in the Cabinet.
Do you think AAP will perform better in Delhi polls without alliance?
