Kejriwal's arrest was planned, ED, no probe agency, it equals BJP: Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann slammed the BJP-led Centre for "orchestrating" Aam Aadmi Party chief and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's arrest. Mann said that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) was equivalent to the BJP and that the saffron party was "no less". He further said that Kejriwal's arrest was well-planned as the agency



sleuths arrived at his residence at 6 pm on Thursday after the courts ended for the day. 

On Saturday, Arvind Kejriwal was on Friday remanded in the Enforcement Directorate's custody till March 28 "for his detailed and sustained interrogation" regarding his role in the alleged Delhi excise policy scam.
