Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation has decided to suspend all its services to Tamil Nadu today in the wake of a bandh called by opposition parties in Tamil Nadu, demanding setting up of Cauvery Management Board.

The transport corporation operates 450 buses to different destinations in Tamil Nadu, with 250 services operating in the morning and 200 during the

night.

The decision was taken yesterday as protesters might target vehicles from Karnataka during the protest. Based on the development, the state transport Corporation has decided to take a decision whether to resume the night service or not.

If the protest takes a violent turn, the night services too will be cancelled.
