Ladakh LG RK Mathur launches new website for Ladakh

Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh RK Mathur launched new Ladakh website on Thursday. After swearing in as Lt. Gov in an interactive session with the District administration of Leh, RK Mathur launched the attractive and all new www.ladakh.nic.in website.

The NIC Director Phunsok Paldon told that the new dynamic website is prepared in just three days with all new features. Till now, Leh and Kargil have separate websites with district orientation. The new Lt. Governor RK Mathur who is IITian and former Chief Information Commissioner has suggested technical changes and thrusted upon more transparency



through the new Ladakh website.

NIC director Phunsok Paldon said,  the new website of Union Territory will be incorporating many features as suggested by the LG.  As of now, with two mail IDs i.e. leh@nic.in and kargil@nic.in the website is seeking suggestions.

As suggested by the new LG, in a few days reporting of public grievance option will be added and issues will be replied and redressed accordingly. With the time the website will have entire details of administration and other relevant options, Phunsok Paldon said.
