Life limping back to normal in Murshidabad

In West Bengal, the violence-torn areas of Murshidabad are slowly returning to normalcy. Police, central forces, and the RAF are patrolling the tension-hit areas of the district. Shops and business establishments are gradually reopening. 

Meanwhile, police have arrested two



persons in connection with the killing of two individuals last week. The total number of arrests from Samsherganj, Suti, and Raghunathganj so far is 223. Police and the administration have blocked 1,093 social media profiles for spreading rumours.
