In Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav government is completing six months today. The present government took over on 13 December last year. On this occasion, sharing the achievements of his government, the Chief Minister told media persons that henceforth no green tree will be cut in the state, rather it will be shifted to another place through transplantation.
Dr. Yadav said that the PM Shri Tourism Air Service of Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board will start from June 13, while from June 16, PM Shri Religious Tourism Heli Service will commence between Ujjain-Omkareshwar-Indore-Bhopal. The Chief Minister also digitally launched the flight booking website for PM Shri Tourism Air Service.
In the first phase, air taxis will start operating between Bhopal-Singrauli-Jabalpur-Rewa.
On the construction of statues in the state, the Chief Minister said that now the statues will be made of stone and with the help of the artists of the state. The government will provide stone and other resources to the artists. He also mentioned the successes of the government on the water resources front including Ken-Betwa Link and Kali- Sindh projects and Gandhi Sagar Dam. Dr. Yadav said that the GST collection has increased by 26 percent compared to last year, which will help the State government in implementing public welfare schemes.
