Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar and other leaders meet Sharad Pawar in Mumbai

Mumbai: Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, Sunil Tatkare, and Praful Patel met Sharad Pawar at the YB Chavan Centre in Mumbai yesterday.

 

While informing about the meeting, senior party leader Praful Patel told reporters that the meeting with Sharad Pawar was to convince him to keep the Nationalist Congress Party united. He added that Sharad Pawar listened to them but did not say anything on



it.

 

This was the second meeting between Sharad Pawar and the group led by Ajit Pawar after he rebelled against his uncle and joined the Eknath Shinde government on July 2.

 

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar along with some other Ministers from his Nationalist Congress Party camp met NCP president Sharad Pawar in Mumbai day before yesterday.
