Maharashtra Government transfers 44 IAS officers for administrative reasons

Mumbai: Maharashtra Government has transferred 44 IAS officers for administrative reasons. After many years such mass transfers were done at a time. Additional Chief Secretary Public Health Dr. Pradeep Vyas will be new Additional Chief  Secretary of Tribal Development Department. Valsa Nair Singh will be new Principal Secretary, Housing Department. Development Commissioner of Industries Dr. Harshdeep



Singh will be new Principal Secretary of Industries Department.

Thane Municipal Commissioner has been appointed as new CEO of MIDC and Thane's  Collector will be new Municipal Commissioner of Navi Mumbai. MIDC's CEO P. Anbalgan is transferred to the post of Chairman and Managing Director of Maharashtra State Power Generation Company.
