Maharashtra Govt set up Special Task Force for possible 3rd wave of Covid-19

In anticipation of the impact on children during the possible third wave of COVID-19, Maharashtra Government has set up a Special Task Force to develop prevention and treatment methods. The notification in this regard published recently noted that senior Pediatrician of Hinduja Hospital Dr. Suhas Prabhu will be the chief of this task force.

Medical Education Dr. Tyatarao Lahane informed that along with him 13 paediatricians from different parts of the state will be the members of the force. He informed that this Special Task Force will work to protect children from the infection of COVID-19. Besides, it will provide guidance on treatment, facilities and medicines.
