MeT predicts more rain in Kashmir Valley

Met department has predicted rain in the Kashmir Valley and snowfall in upper mountainous regions of Jammu and Kashmir during the next 12 hours. Yesterday, 24 flights were cancelled due to poor visibility at Srinagar airport. 

The higher reaches and different parts of Ladakh region received fresh snowfall yesterday. Leh-Srinagar national highway remained closed for vehicular traffic since December

Jammu-Srinagar national highway will remain open for one way traffic from Jammu towards Srinagar today. Traffic officials said, subject to weather conditions, light, passenger and heavy motor vehicles will be allowed from Jammu towards Srinagar in a regulated manner. 

All the travellers have been asked to follow the cut off time to cross Nagrota and Udhampur points from Jammu side.
