Milad-un-Nabi being celebrated with traditional fervour in various parts of the country

Milad-un-Nabi, the birthday of Prophet Muhammad is being celebrated with traditional fervour in various parts of the country yesterday.

"Milad Mehfils" and "Seerat Conferences" were held highlighting the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad. Milad processions are also being taken out to mark the



occasion.

Some organizing committees have decided to cancel the processions in view of Ayodhya verdict by the Supreme Court to maintain peace and harmony. President Ram Nath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have greeted the people on the occasion.
