Minister urinates on wall amid drive to end public defecation

Kalicharan Saraf, the health minister for Rajasthan state, was pictured relieving himself on a wall in Jaipur in an image tweeted by a staffer from the opposition Congress party.

The picture went

viral and caused embarrassment for Safar and the ruling Bharatiya Janata party (BJP). Ending public defecation and urination are key priorities of the , a flagship policy of the Indian prime minister, Narendra Modi.

Very sad to see that a minister having all facilities urinating by standing to a wall on a road. He could have as well go to a nearby petrol bunk or a shopping mall or a hotel, but unfortunately selected a public place with out thinking his position, status and the place!
