Hyderabad: Concluding the six-hour strike in support of the Women Reservation Bill, BRS MLC K Kavitha on Friday said that she will meet with the President of India in regard to Bill passage in the parliament meetings.

She stated that various organizations and representatives of political parties had signed a petition



in support of the bill. We will present the President with the collected signatures in support of the bill. She stated, "I request the President to address this matter."

Kavitha stated that the issue of Women's Reservation Bill does not pertain to only one person or one state and that it is a whole country’s issue.
