Modi announces Rs.80,000 crore package for Jammu and Kashmir

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday announced a Rs 80,000 crore economic package for the development of Jammu and Kashmir.Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing a public meeting at a stadium in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. It is his fourth visit to the state after the NDA was voted to power at the Centre.PM Modi will also inaugurate the 450 MW Baglihar hydro electric project (state II) and address another gathering as he lays the foundation stone for the four-laning of the Udhampur-Ramban and Ramban-Banihal section of National Highway 44.Here are the live updates
