Tirupati: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the sacred hill town of Tirumala on November 27 to seek blessings from Lord Venkateswara, according to sources in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).
The PM is expected to arrive in Tirupati on the evening of November 26. He will stay overnight in Tirumala. On November 27 morning, Modi is expected to participate in a special ceremony and worship Lord Venkateswara around 8 am.
Prior to his Tirumala
visit, Modi will campaign in Telangana, addressing six meetings on November 25, November 26 and November 27.
Sources said Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, along with several state ministers and members of Parliament, will accompany the Prime Minister.
Tirupati district administration, in coordination with TTD and district police, is making extensive arrangements for the PM’s visit.
