Monsoon Session of Jharkhand Legislative Assembly to begin today

The Monsoon Session of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly will begin today. There will be 6 working days in the session which will continue till the 5th of August. The session will begin with the Governor's address, followed by the condolence motion on the first day.

The first supplementary budget for the financial year



2022-23 will be presented in the Assembly on August 1. Meanwhile, Question Hour, debate on the supplementary budget and voting will be done on the 2nd of August. Appropriation Bill will also be placed on the same day. Other important bills will be presented between August 3 to 5 in the session.
