conducted by the department of pensions and pensioners’ welfare across 800 cities and districts to spread awareness about the benefits of digital life certificates . The month-long campaign started on the 1st of this month and will continue till the 30th.
The event majorly focuses on promoting Face Authentication Technology. In collaboration with Pension Disbursing Banks, India Post Payments Bank, Pensioners’ Welfare Associations, Controller General of Defense Accounts, Department of Telecommunications, and Railways, the campaign aims to reach all the pensioners in the remotest corners of the country. Institutions like the India Post Payments Bank and nineteen pension disbursing banks will also hold camps across the country to spread awareness about digital life certificates.
