MoS for Home Kiren Rijiju condemns West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee's civil war remark on issue of NRC

Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju has condemned West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's civil war remark on the issue of the National Register of Citizens in Assam.

Talking to reporters outside Parliament



today, Mr. Rijiju said, it is the duty of the Chief Minister to maintain law and order in the state and not incite violence.  He termed her remarks as unfortunate.
