MP govt issues notification for judicial probe of Mandsaur violence

The state government issued notification for the judicial probe of the Mandsour violence yesterday. Retired Justice J K Jain will head the one member judicial commission.

The single member commission will probe under what circumstances five people were killed in firing during farmers agitation in Pipliamandi of Mandsour



district.The commission will also probe that the action taken by the administration and police to control the situation was appropriate or not. 

If force was not rightly used who was responsible for that. The commission will give its report within three months. It's Headquarters will be at Indore.
