Mughal Road closed for vehicular movement following landslide in J&K

In Jammu and Kashmir, authorities have closed the historic Mughal Road connecting twin border districts of Rajouri and Poonch to Kashmir valley, for all sorts of vehicular movement following a landslide yesterday evening at Mansar Morh along the Peer Ki Gali.

 

A clearance process has been



initiated to open the road for vehicular traffic. There are vehicles stranded on both the sides of the road and once cleared the traffic will be allowed accordingly. Men and machinery are on work to clear the road on a priority basis and the road will open for traffic very soon.
