Nagpur records 2nd highest temperature in 10 years

In Maharashtra, Nagpur has recorded this season's highest temperature at 47.5 degrees Celsius yesterday.

Met office said that it is also the second highest in the last 10 years. Mercury touched 47.8 degrees Celsius in



Chandrapur.

Nagpur and several other districts of Vidarbha are reeling under a severe heatwave for the last few weeks.

Met office said Nagpur and Chandrapur are expected to witness very high temperatures in the next two days.
