Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s tour to US and United Nations Organisation (UNO) is set start from Saturday. The chief minister will deliver his address on sustainable agriculture and challenges in the United Nations on September 25.
The event is being hosted by Bloomberg and the World Economic Forum (WEF). Naidu will meet many industrialists during his tour and will invite them to the state. On September 23, the chief minister will meet permanent representative of India in UNO Syed Akbaruddin.
Naidu will attend the student senate conducted by the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He will also meet
NRI investors from Andhra Pradesh.
As part of his schedule, Naidu will also meet World Bank president Jim Young Kim and Eric Solheim of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
The chief minister will attend a conference on sustainable development organised by Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board and the WEF. He will also participate in a meeting with investors in the sector of artificial intelligence. Naidu will also meet 25 representatives of the US-India strategic Partnership Forum. Naidu is set to return on September 28 after a series of meetings on a wide range of issues.
