The financial capital of India has been ranked as the most stressful city in the world, when it comes to driving. This can be attributed to several ongoing road development projects and metro construction work in the city, read reports.

Hiyacar is a UK car-sharing company that held a review in the world's most populated cities to evaluate the most pressing challenges faced by the people while commuting via roadways. Resultantly, a list of 36 cities has been drafted to rank the most traffic-prone and stressful places to
drive in the world.
The survey factored on several criteria, including the number of cars per capita, the total vehicle load in the city and the severity of traffic congestion in the city, quality of the roads, public transportation options, number of traffic accidents per year, and the city density. As per reports, the quality of road, availability of public transportation and frequency of traffic accidents per year and the city density was also taken into consideration.
All cities were marked on a scale of 10, where Mumbai managed to bag the highest 7.4 score, across the globe. Besides, the National Captial Territory of Delhi was also included in the Top-5 of this index. Reportedly, Delhi ranked 4 with a 5.9 score.
