Just a couple of days, Tanushree Dutta moved to the Oshiwara police station, Mumbai to file a FIR against Nana Patekar. "We have registered a case against Mr Patekar and others under section 354 (Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 509 (Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of IPC", confirmed Additional Commissioner of Police, Manoj Kumar Sharma. Later, Tanushree's legal team also sent a fresh notice to CINTAA along with the FIR copy demanding them to reopen the case and take further action.
While Nana's legal team is yet to respond to the FIR. Tanushree has issued another notice to the Mumbai Police, asking them to investigate the actor by conducting Narco Analysis, Brain mapping and lie-detector test. "My client state that accused are denying the charges levelled against them before media and
they may put pressure on the witnesses or the accused may produce bogus witness to record negative statement against the complainant. Therefore, fair investigation has to be carried out by conducting Narco-analysis, brain mapping and lie-detector test of the accused and the witness supporting the accused.", reads the notice submitted by Tanushree's lawyer Nitin Satpute.
"In the above circumstances, I hereby call upon and request you to arrest all the accused for investigation and conduct Narco-analysis, brain mapping and lie-detector test of all the accused involved in this crime to ascertain their role for the interest of justice", reads the concluding line.
