BJP leadership will hold a meeting of party's newly elected MLAs at the party headquarters in Gandhinagar this afternoon to decide the new Chief Minister of the state. Party’s central observers Union Minister Arun Jaitley and senior party leader Saroj Pandey will be present in the meeting along with Party’s election in-charge of the state Bhupender Yadav.

Pradesh, BJP will continue consultations to finalise the name of the Chief Ministerial candidate. Last night Union Ministers and observers of the party for Himachal, Narendra Singh Tomar and Nirmala Sitharaman held meeting with core group leaders in Shimla. Meanwhile, Governor Acharya Devvrat dissolved the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly with immediate effect yesterday.
