The next hearing on the bail plea of former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad, convicted in the fodder scam, will be held on February 19. Lalu Prasad's bail was heard yesterday in the Jharkhand High Court. Senior advocate of the Supreme Court Kapil Sibal appeared on behalf of Lalu Prasad in the illegal withdrawal case from Dumka treasury.
 
Meanwhile, the High Court



directed to submit a verified copy by Lalu Prasad certifying completion of half of the sentence of punishment. After hearing the arguments of both the parties, the court directed to file a certified copy of the period spent in custody by Lalu Prasad by 15 February. Lalu Prasad is currently undergoing treatment in AIIMS, New Delhi.
