National Investigation Agency NIA on Monday filed a second charge sheet against 22 accused, in the 2021 Mundra Port narcotics seizure case. These include six Afghan nationals and seven firms. The official release said the probe has established that funds generated through the sale of heroin were provided to operatives of the



Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) to further terrorist activities in India.

Earlier, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) had filed a chargesheet against 16 accused in March 2022. The case pertains to the seizure of over 2 thousand 988 kilograms of heroin at the Mundra Port in Gujarat.
