Union Health Minister J P Nadda has asked people of Delhi not to panic in view of rise in dengue and chikungunya cases. Talking to reporters in New Delhi yesterday, Mr Nadda asserted that his Ministry is working in close coordination with the Delhi government and various agencies to tackle the outbreak.




style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Mr Nadda said, all the Central government hospitals are fully equipped to deal with the situation.The Minister said, municipal bodies have been directed to ensure that there is no stagnation of water and cleanliness is maintained. According to a report, more than 430 Chikungunya cases were diagnosed in the national capital till last week.
