Notification for third phase of Jharkhand assembly elections to be issued today

The notification for the third phase of Jharkhand assembly elections will be issued today. 17 constituencies spread over eight districts will go to polls in this phase on the 12th of December.

Filing of nominations will end on the 25th of this



month, while scrutiny will be taken up the next day.

The 81-member Jharkhand assembly will go to polls in five phases between November 30 and December 20 and the counting votes will be taken up December 23.
