One LeT terrorist arrested in Bandipora, J&K

In Jammu and Kashmir, one Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorist has been arrested in Bandipora by security forces. Police said, a joint team of security forces based on a specific input arrested Subzar Ahmad Rather, resident of Awneera Shopian from Check Chandrageer area of Hajin in Bandipora district yesterday.

Incriminating materials, arms & ammunition including 1 pistol,



1 Pistol Magazine, 4 Pistol rounds were recovered from his possession. He had recently joined the terror outfit LeT and was tasked to carry out subversive activities in and around the Hajin area.

A case under relevant sections of law has been registered in Police Station Hajin and further investigation has been initiated.
