One LeT terrorist killed in encounter with security forces in Srinagar

Srinagar: In Jammu and Kashmir, a Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) terrorist was killed in an encounter with security forces in Natipora area of Srinagar on Friday evening. The slain terrorist has been identified as Aaqib Bashir from Shopian. Police said that the terrorists fired upon the police party near

Natipora.

The police also retaliated in which one terrorist was killed, while another managed to escape. One AK-47, 3 Magazines and some live bullets have been recovered from the slain terrorist. A search operation has been launched to nab the terrorist.
