'Outreach International Radio Fair-2016' begins today

The two-day annual international radio fair ‘Outreach International Radio Fair-2016’ will kick off from February 13 in Bhubaneswar.

Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore and Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and many other radio journalists are scheduled to attend the event.

India Radio, private FMs, community radio and internet radio stations will participate in the event. Many Radio stations from across the country will join the fair.

A release issued by the Fair organiser said the objective of the event is to sensitize station owners, executives and broadcasters about a gender related policies and strategies for radio.
