Over 67 crore Ayushman Bharat Health Accounts created under Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission

Over 67 crore Ayushman Bharat Health Accounts – ABHA have been created in the past three years under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). The digital healthcare mission marks its three year anniversary on Friday. 

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare highlighted that under this mission, more than 42 crore health records have been linked to ABHA and over 1.3 lakh facilities are ABDM enabled including



17,000 facilities. It added that over 3 lakh facilities and 4.7 lakh healthcare professionals have been successfully registered in the National Healthcare Providers Registry.

The Ministry said that the initiative marks its three years with an aim to revolutionize the nation’s digital healthcare ecosystem to enhance healthcare accessibility, efficiency and transparency.
