Pakistan again resorts to ceasefire violation in north Kashmir's Uri sector

A ceasefire violation by Pakistan has been reported from north Kashmir's Uri sector along the LoC in Baramulla district during midnight.

Security sources told that Pakistani armed forces resorted to unprovoked heavy firing and shelling towards Kamalkote village



in Uri sector.They said at least seven army posts along LoC were also targeted. The Indian side also retaliated in a befitting manner.

The exchange of fire continued, however, there was no report of any fatal or non fatal casualties.
