New Delhi: Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar has said that Parliament is the essence of democracy and it is the North Star of democracy. In his observation in the Rajya Sabha, the Vice President on Friday said that Parliament is a place of

discussion and deliberation to realize the aspirations and dreams of the people and not a place of disturbance. Vice President Dhankhar appealed to all the members to work in accordance with rules.
