Nizamabad MP K Kavitha said that the Peddapally-Nizamabad railway line would be completed this year and they urged the Union government to sanction Rs 140 crore to complete the railway track. The FOB (foot over bridge) would be constructed at Madhavnagar railway crossing, she added.
Inaugurating a government orphanage in Dichpally town in the district on Friday, the Nizamabad MP said that they requested the Union Government to sanction Rs 140 crore to complete the Peddapally-Nizamabad railway line this year and run the trains between Peddapally and Nizamabad. She said that the state government also sent the proposals to railway department to construct foot over bridge at Madhavnagar railway crossing, state and central government

Kavitha said they would also take up the issue of the Beedi workers during the Parliamentary session and urge the Union government to ensure justice to the beedi workers who would be badly hit by the enlargement of danger symbol on the beedi rolls. The Nizamabad MP said that no one was an orphan in the Telangana State and they were all the sons and daughters of the TRS government. 
She lauded District Collector Yogita Rana for her efforts in the formation of an orphanage for boys.  In his speech, Nizamabad Rural MLA Bajireddy Goverdhan told the District Collector and district officials to admit beggars in this orphanage and provide good education to them.
