New Delhi: Both houses of parliament were adjourned after continued protests by opposition demanding an explanation by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the currency ban, followed by a discussion and a vote. The parties also raised the terror attack in
Nagrota, Jammu and Kashmir and asked for an obituary reference on the seven soldiers who were killed yesterday. PM Modi was present in the Lok Sabha and the government offered to discuss both issues, but opposition lawmakers continued to disrupt the working of the houses.
