Prime Minister Narendra Modi left for Delhi after winding up his three-day visit to Tamilnadu. He visited Arichalmunai this morning, the southernmost tip of Rameswaram, paid floral offerings and meditated in silence. He also hoisted the BJP flag at the point where mythology says that Ram Setu was built. He also performed a special puja and paid a visit to the Kothandaramaswamy



temple. He also had a special darshan at the temple.

The Prime Minister left from Rameswaram to Madurai this afternoon by helicopter and boarded the special flight to Delhi. Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Dr. L. Murugan BJP dignitaries were present at the Madurai airport.
