Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday termed the PM Suryagarh Yojana as a tool to tackle climate change. He said that solar panels installed on the rooftop of the house under the scheme help in producing electricity through solar energy, eliminating the need to pay electricity bills.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, and other leaders also paid their respects. During the interaction, Mr Modi emphasized that over one thousand 200 electric buses provided by the centre are operating in Delhi.
