Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address two public rallies in Karnataka. BJP State General Secretary and MLA Sunil Kumar has informed media persons in Bengaluru yesterday that the Prime Minister will address a public rally in Kalburgi on the 16th of March and another in Shivamogga on the 18th of March. Sunil Kumar also informed that BJP National President J P Nadda, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be among the BJP leaders scheduled to visit Karnataka in the
next few days.
Speaking about the announcement of candidates for the Lok Sabha election, he informed that the first list of candidates of Karnataka is likely to be announced tonight or tomorrow. Meanwhile, Karnataka State Congress President and Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar said today that Guarantee programmes of the State Government are welcomed by the people and that Congress is likely to win over 20 MP seats in the State.
