Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit his parliamentary constituency Varanasi today. He will be on a two-day tour of Kashi and will launch development projects worth more than 13000 crores during his stay.
The administration in Varanasi is working on a war footing for the preparations for the Prime Minister's visit. Heavy security arrangements are in place in the wake of the Prime Minister's stay. Prime Minister will arrive late in the evening and have a night stay at the DLW guest house.

Augmenting the health infrastructure in Varanasi, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of a new Medical College in Varanasi. He will also lay the foundation stone of the National Centre of Ageing at BHU.
