Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off six Vande Bharat Express trains at Jamshedpur in Jharkhand tomorrow. These express trains, each linked to the state, will be inaugurated at a grand ceremony at Tatanagar railway station.
The event highlights the ongoing modernisation of the railway network and is aimed at boosting connectivity and convenience in Jharkhand and neighbouring states. The introduction of the Vande Bharat Express trains is a testament to the government’s broader vision of transforming Indian Railways into a world-class entity.
In addition to the inauguration of these trains, the
event will see the unveiling of several key railway projects in Jharkhand, emphasising the government’s commitment to improving regional infrastructure.
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw will visit Tatanagar railway station this evening to review ongoing preparation for the flagging off ceremony of Vande Bharat trains.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Modi will also address a public meeting at Gopal Maidan in Jamshedpur tomorrow. Ahead of the meeting, the Prime Minister will hold a 1.5-km-long road show from Voltas Roundabout to Gopal Maidan.
