Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold talks with the King of Jordan Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein in New Delhi today.
During the talks, the two leaders are expected to discuss entire gamut of bilateral relations as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest.Number of agreements in different fields are expected to be signed after the talks.
The visiting dignitary will be accorded ceremonial reception at the
forecourts of the Rashtrapati Bhawan Thursday morning.
He will visit Rajghat to pay tributes to Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi.
Later, the King will address an event on the theme 'Islamic Heritage: Promoting Understanding and Moderation’.
King Abdullah will also meet President Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Vice President Venkaiah Naidu will call on the King.
