New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually address the national level Conclave of Indian Air Force to be inaugurated by the Defence minister Rajnath Singh in Bengaluru today.
The conclave is part of the events organised to celebrate the Swarnim Vijay Varsh, the Golden jubilee of our victory in the 1971 Indo-Pak war. The decisive and historic victory over the Pak army secured by our armed forces is celebrated as Vijay Diwas
every year. This year being the 50th year of the celebration, Swarnim Vijay Varsh is being celebrated across the country.
The Conclave will be attended by the Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat, war veterans of 1971 war and other dignitaries from the State. Military strategists, diplomats, political analysts and experts from other spheres will participate in the three days conclave.
