Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Ghazipur district of eastern Uttar Pradesh today to launch several rail projects and will flag off weekly Shabd Bhedi Superfast express train from Ghazipur to Kolkata. Mr Modi will also inaugurate newly built Perishable Cargo Centre at Gazipur Ghat station.
During his visit, he
will also lay foundation of Rail-cum-Road bridge over Ganga river between Mau-Tadighat rail line and the doubling of the Ghazipur city-Ballia Rail section. The Prime Minister will address a public meeting. This will be his first public address in the State after the BJP started Parivartan Yatra in Uttar Pradesh.
