Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Jammu and Kashmir tomorrow, to lay foundation stones and inaugurate various projects in all the three regions of the State. During the day long visit, Modi will visit Leh, Jammu and Srinagar and will lay the foundation stone for projects worth rupees 35,000 crore and inaugurate projects that cost rupees 9,000 crore .
In Jammu, Prime Minister will lay the foundation stones of AIIMS Jammu at Vijaypur, Bridge over River Chenab at Sajwal (Pargwal-Indri Pattan) , Jourian, Jammu, Pollution Abatement Project on Rivers Devika and Tawi, Campus
of Northern Regional Centre, Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Jammu and 624 MW Kiru Hydroelectric Project in Kishtwar besides inaugurating University Institute of Engineering &Technology ,Janglote, Kathua.
Prime Minister Modi will also address a public rally in Vijaypur. Meanwhile, ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit, security has been beefed up across the State. All the modern means of security system have been put in place across Jammu and Kashmir and an has been sounded in all the three regions of the state.
