PM Modi urges voters to participate in festival of democracy by following Covid protocols

New Delhi: In view of the first phase of assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to all the voters to participate enthusiastically in the holy festival of

democracy by following the rules of Covid.

In a tweet, Mr Modi said, Pehle Matdaan phir Jalpaan, first voting, then refreshments.
