Prime Minister and senior BJP leader Narendra Modi yesterday said that the I.N.D.I. block is anti-women and they oppose reservation to the women. Addressing a women-only gathering in his parliamentary constituency Varanasi PM said that women were not safe during the regime of the Samajwadi Party and Congress but now under Yogi Adityanath’s leadership in UP, women are more safe and secure. In his direct interaction with the women homemakers, doctors, teachers, business owners, advocates, and athletes during the ‘Matri Shakti Sammlelan’ at Sampurnanand Sanskrit University PM Modi said that in the last 60 years no government thought about women but our government not only made policies focused on them but also gave reservation to them.
Earlier addressing a political gathering in Prayagraj, Mr. Modi attacked BSP and Samajwadi party and said that these parties gave patronage to criminal elements. PM Modi said that the Mafia was given a free hand in earlier regimes and they used to grab the land
of poor and downtrodden but after BJP came into power now such elements are behind bars. Prime Minister campaigned for BJP candidates Neeraj Tripathi from Prayagraj and Praveen Patel from Phoolpur constituencies.
Prime Minister will stay in Varanasi and today he will address two more rallies in Uttar Pradesh.
On the other hand, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath addressed rallies in Balrampur, Siddharth Nagar, Sant Kabir Nagar Basti and Azamgarh districts yesterday. He alleged that every criminal and mafia element in the state has connections with the Samajwadi party. Yogi said that the double-engine government of the BJP is doing development without appeasement.
Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav yesterday addressed a political rally in Bhadohi in support of TMC candidate Lalitesh Pati Tripathi. He said that BJP is not going to win even 140 seats in the country.
