Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invited people to share their ideas and suggestions for his Mann ki Baat programme on Akashvani which will be broadcast on the 31st of this month. It will be the 108th episode of the monthly radio programme. In a social media post, the Prime Minister said, that among the topics we will explore this time is Fit India - this is one topic that is close to the youth's hearts.
He called upon people to dive into unique aspects of this movement, discuss innovative health startups, and how youngsters are embracing Indian exercise styles. People can also share their creative fitness routines and nutrition-related innovations with the Prime Minister. Mr Modi said, in 2023, superfoods like Shree Anna (millets) have taken centre stage.
He said, if youngsters are leading the way in
nutrition and preserving traditional foods, they can share their inspiring journey. The Prime Minister said, if people are promoting spiritual well-being through meditation and Yoga, he is eager to hear their efforts. He said, Let's have an engaging and transformative conversation.
People can share their experiences on the NaMo App under the 'Healthy Me, Healthy India' section.
People can also share their views in the MyGov Open Forum. They can also dial the toll-free number 1800-11-7800 and record their message for the Prime Minister in either Hindi or English.
