New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch Viksit Bharat @2047: Voice of Youth through video conferencing today. The initiative aims to provide a platform for the youth to contribute ideas to the vision of Viksit Bharat. Mr Modi will address the Vice Chancellors of the Universities, Heads of Institutes and faculty members in workshops organised at Raj Bhawans across the country. Viksit Bharat is the vision to make India a developed nation by 2047, the 100th year of its
independence.
The vision encompasses various aspects of development, including economic growth, social progress, environmental sustainability, and good governance, among others.
Briefing media in New Delhi, NITI Aayog CEO BVR Subrahmanyam said, Prime Minister Modi will Kick off the campaign to seek ideas from the youth of the country for the vision of Viksit Bharat. Mr Subrahmanyam said, the ideas of students will be incorporated in the vision of Viksit Bharat.
